Consultation & Preliminary process
The first step in our joint journey to success is a meeting between our specialists and the customer. At this stage we identify and understand the customer’s needs and expectations. It’s the starting point of writing our successful story.
After the meeting, the preliminary research is starting. We research the market, competitors and chosen location or propose a location if there is none. We make an analysis, our designers create the concept and we present it to our customers.
At this stage you could expect from us a full business plan, including a budget and design for your entertainment brand or attraction.
Stage 2 in our work together is to create and develop the Masterplan. Here we choose amusement devices and attractions. We’ll establish all that is required for your successful business operation which includes but isn’t limited to visitor flow, zoning details, suggested entrances and exits, etc.
Our customers are involved in the process and we are working together as a team. One of the most important things for the project is TRUST.
Manufacture, transport & installation
We have developed our project to Stage 3 which is manufacturing.
All of our products are produced according to European and North America’s safety standards. Not only safety but quality control is also important, that’s why we have quality control checks in each of our manufacturing facilities in Philippines, Canada and Bulgaria.
After all the products for the installation are ready we transport them to your destination.
Our highly qualified technical team start the installation of the project so it would become a real attraction.
